      <title>Hot to get support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to subscribe, but my valid TD visa debit card is not accepted. The error says credit card is not accepted or something similar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot message anyone to get support. CS_agent name is not found and I cannot send a private massage to support. Can I get support by email or talk to a human?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anna&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/572823"&gt;@Ann-&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try with PM app (with locator on). &amp;nbsp;If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. &amp;nbsp;Or try a different credit card (if available).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is some more information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log out of your account and relog in before updating your card&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you attempted to update the same card multiple times please try again tomorrow or today with a different card as there is a daily limit on update attempts for security purposes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make sure that your credit card postal code matches your phone number's area code&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;As always, please be sure that you are inputting the correct card details&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Resolved-Issues-Updating-Credit-Cards/td-p/1102844" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Resolved-Issues-Updating-Credit-Cards/t...&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, TD Visa debit would work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please wait at least 24 hours before you try again.&amp;nbsp; Try using a differ email address to create another PM account.&amp;nbsp; And make sure you subscribe via the Public Mobile app and not the browser&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are activating account with a physical sim card, try to download the app on a different phone and start subscription there (but if you are activating account with eSIm, then ONLY use the phone which you would like to have the eSIm installed)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
