      <title>Activating eSIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I opened an account for my son on my phone. I cancelled the process to download the eSIM. &amp;nbsp;He downloaded the app and tried to set up the eSIM but the app is asking to verify on the new number that hasn’t been activated yet. &amp;nbsp;Can a human at public mobile set this up? Why is it so hard to find a customer service number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The QR code does not go to a web page. It does not seem to be working. I can log on on my device. I can’t log onto my sons device with who the account is for&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/572756"&gt;@Brendan613&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the Welcome email should have a QR code for eSIM installation. it does not go to the web page, it just install the eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and check your own phone if the eSIM already installed there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but you will probably need to ask PM support agent to check, there is high chance you need to change to physical sim first to complete the activation and change back eSIM after&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can submit by direct message:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support will reply via Community inbox here within 2 to 4 hours:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
