If the issue persists, you can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen and see if the Customer Service agent can reset your network settings from the back end&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Make sure you enable Roaming in cell settings. Don't worry about overages as there are none with Public Mobile. If you reach your data limit...it just stops until next regular plan renewal or you buy an inexpensive data add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
