      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are sure it is the sim card PUK and not de device unlock code, ask PM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
