      <description>&lt;P&gt;The system cannot find your My Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing else you can do other than ask PM to help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
