I ported my number to PM, there was a referral discount of $25. I was told first it will be adjusted in the first bill. It was not done. Then I was advised I will get $10 discount on the next bill and $15 on the third.

I received $10 discount on the second, however, my next payment is not showing $15 discount and is showing full price.

need some clarification.

As long as the plan you picked was $29 or more and you joined before July 2 then the additional $15 credit will be added after 45 days.

If the credit wasn’t added into your account after 45 days then contact a CS_Agent to adjust for you.
