      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help and guidance needed on steps to take to ensure continuous service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Events Leading up to situation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and Steps Taken so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 2:48 am AutoPay failed due to not updating new credit card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2/ Expecting To rectify problem, , I Paid top up for same amount: subscription fee + taxes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3/ PM app still states last paid until July 31st. Concern: that PM will soon stop service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
