    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I am a customer of Public mobile. I have been with them for a long time and I am having some problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first of all, I would like to keep my service on hold as I am for three months and I have messaged the community, but no action has been taken . I will restart my service when I return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the other situation I am having is that they keep in taking money out of my account and I don’t know why that’s happening. If that can please be stopped.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am unable to log on to my account and I cannot get the right agent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my email at public mobile was:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and my phone number was: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now my email is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I have a different phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my name is Sona xxxxx and I was wondering if you can please help me . When I applied for Public Mobile, I had to enter a 4 - digit password, I believe a security password, but I cannot seem to remember the password. &amp;nbsp;Can I please re-enter a new password so I can get into my account. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also I am unable to speak with an agent and I have mentioned in the community that as I am on holidays, I would like to keep my service on hold for 3 months and as soon as I return I will let Public mobile know so I can restart my service again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;if you can please assist me with all this.
