      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a similar error message the other day too.&amp;nbsp; I entered incorrect postal code at first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I refreshed the web page by swipping the screen down, entered another postal code and it worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The postal code must match what is on file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
