    <description>&lt;P&gt;I transfered my number from Rogers on Tuesday. I replied to the text from Rogers to authorize the transfer. However my Public Mobile SIM card still doesn't work for incoming text or calls. I submitted a ticket on Tuesday and have not heard anything. I am now paying for two phone plans until the issue is resolved. Not sure what I can or should do now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
