      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I’m on a 4G Can-US-Mexico plan and my phone is not connecting in the U.S.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone has never upgraded to 4G or 5G from my original 3G plan that began several years ago. So I think this might be the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the solution? Could I get an e-SIM to upgrade? You need to change to VoLTE for voice and 4G or 5G for data in your phone setting. You might need to manually connect to T-Mobile, AT&amp;amp;T or Verizon network if your phone doesn’t automatically connect to these networks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what is the make and model of your phone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300716"&gt;@Lolo-Yoyo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;your 3G plan shouldn't affect your usage while in USA&lt;/STRIKE&gt;. For talk, you DO need a cellphone that is VoLTE enabled and recognized by Public Mobile...otherwise talk won't work although text and data should be fine. Just make sure your Data Roaming is enabled in settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
