      <description>&lt;P&gt;you probably out of luck.&amp;nbsp; PM is prepaid and all prepaid provider do not provide any kind of refund&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of course, you likely still want to try.&amp;nbsp; You can ask PM.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be nice if they posted some kind of update on the maintenance,&amp;nbsp; I subscribed today aswell and cannot log in yet to port my number.&amp;nbsp; I talked to the chat agent and they said about 20 min but it's almost been 2 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just uninstalled and downloaded a fresh, a copy of the app from the google play store and I am still getting old version 2.4.4, so the new version has not been updated on the play store for android.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Unfortunately , yes you need to use the app to activate an account but can use the website to transfer a phone number later if you don’t do it at the same time. I didn’t know if you or&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/571395"&gt;@maggie_mae&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; successfully activated previously &amp;amp; just needed to transfer the phone numbers now.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
