    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have my phone transferred to Public Mobile recently and since then I have lost the ability to use IMessage and FaceTime with my phone number. I am able to use it through my email but my number is not being recognized through my Apple account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done all the troubleshooting and resets and nothing seems to be working. Any advice or guidance would be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/570446"&gt;@Millsy98706&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need to re-register iMessage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;simply go to Settings and remove the phone number. Reboot phone and go back to the same screen to enter the number back to re-register.&amp;nbsp; The re-registration could take long, wait.&amp;nbsp; If it fails, wait couple hours and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, need to relogin to Apple services. Some combination of disabling iMessage/Facetime and/or logging out and into your Apple ID usually re-registers it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
