It's day 3 now and it is so frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have switched my phone on and off severally still no solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you reply YES within the 90 minutes ? If so, now you wait until old sim quits working, then install Public Mobile sim. Did you perform the steps as required ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the problem persists, open a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right and see if the CS_Agent can reset the network form the back end.
