      <title>Can't install esim and setup issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Public Mobile team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m currently unable to complete my eSIM activation. The app shows &lt;STRONG&gt;“Maintenance Mode”&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and my iPhone only displays &lt;STRONG&gt;SOS&lt;/STRONG&gt; with no Public Mobile plan showing under Cellular settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already transferred my number and approved the transfer, but now I have no service and cannot install the eSIM. When I try to log in online, my account shows no information or active plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please assist me with completing my activation or provide guidance on when the maintenance will end? Also, I’d appreciate help with reinstalling the eSIM or receiving a new activation link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your support!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The app works now, but I can’t logon, it sends me a verification code by email which I can type in, and then it sends me one by text which I can’t receive since my phone shows “SOS” because I have no service since my account isn’t setup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
