Nothing to be upset about. I got a message when I tried to sign onto 2 hours ago indicating that the site is under maintenance until 630 am est to come back after that time tomorrow.

Trying to view my current subscription to update it/add extra data, as I'm switching internet and was unable to get an install date until the 5th. So I'm having to access the site via my phone. But I can't view my subscription to change it. All it will let me do is look at other plans to purchase. The app was also completely useless and would only load a blank screen. I know it's not an issue with my logging in credentials. What gives? I've been using public mobile for almost 6 years and never had an issue, and now I can't do anything! And trying to get customer support is like trying to pull teeth. I can't even view my subscription to cancel it. I'm feeling very overwhelmed and upset.

Thank you kindly for your response! That completely makes sense, I hadn't received any update on the matter. I've had a lot going on so I admit I'm more susceptible to upset at the moment. I will take a proverbial chill pill and check in again tomorrow. Take care
