      <description>&lt;P&gt;No kidding, the app is also down and white screening at log in, the one way I've found to message directly is in&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Private Messages, 'send to' 'CS_Agent', here's hoping they reply!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
