      <title>Trouble porting number (pixel 5)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switched to public mobile 2 days ago from chatr and it said I would get a confirmation from the old carrier confirming the port. I never got it but my number was able to make calls, however I was unable to receive or send texts (even though my sent texts showed no sign of not going through) and my carrier showed as public mobile. I can't get into the app because it asks me for a code to my SMS and I also deleted my esim thinking I could easily reinstall it, however I can't seem to do that either without being able to receive an SMS to get into my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it was, PM app notified me that I would receive a confirmation text from them to swap the number over. I never received it even though I had my chatr SIM installed in the phone at the time&lt;/P&gt;</description>
