      <description>&lt;P&gt;There have been some posts about similar issue.&amp;nbsp; Ask PM to check and refresh the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Customer service being online only wasn't asked about.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some 1-8xx numbers are not available through PM service. As one customer mentioned 1-8xx could be set up outside on North America and PM recognizing that will not let you connect to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
