      <description>&lt;P&gt;What was the issue? how long you lost the service?&amp;nbsp; Maybe the account was suspended over 90 days?&amp;nbsp; If that is the case, account would have been closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if the account was suspended less than 90 days, can you login?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
