    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it is now extremely difficult to downgrade to cheaper plans (although I was able to move from $39 to a much cheaper one)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Offers are personalized so everyone usually sees different subscription options &amp;nbsp; That said, you’ll never see a $20 entry level plan unless you port away from PM and return as a new user&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to change my plan back to one I had in the past for $20 a month. However, when I click "Change Subscription" only ones $30+ show up. Why can't I switch to this one? I know it's available for new users because I see it on other pages. What's the deal? Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
