      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi so my account says my subscription is on hold even though I have auto pay and the money came out last month however it’s telling me that if I don’t renew in the next 90 days, I will lose my phone number obviously I don’t want that to happen, but my subscription is not on hold.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If it just topped up today, It most likely just hasn't refreshed. I would restart your phone and see if that helps it refresh, If it hasn't disappeared by tomorrow, Submit a ticket just in case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
