    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to port my # to Fizz. I have tried several times with the number and with the IMEI. Fizz also tried to do it for me. I keep getting an email that the transfer could not be completed. I did once receive the text from Public where I indicated YES, but it did not work either. Fizz suggested that I contact Public to find out why I cannot port my number over to Fizz. thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/570364"&gt;@JakobO&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your PM account active? &amp;nbsp;Use your PM account number for porting purpose (instead of IME). &amp;nbsp;Keep your PM SIM card in the phone until you get the port request text. &amp;nbsp;Then answer yes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM will release the account if it gets the correct information (PM account number, PM cell number and account holder name). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. I will move you post to the Get support section to get better visibility.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
