You cannot. Public Mobile does not have roaming in Europe

sorry @BlackAngel , you cannot. PM has no roaming service in Europe, they only have roaming for US and Mexico

you need to use travel esim or local data sim card for data access there. You can also download VoIP app like TextNow to make and receive calls and text. But you still won't receive 2FA security code in this setup. You need to make sure to change the 2FA to email or Authenticator app if you need any of those while you travel

you can't use your Public Mobile service in Europe. You can still get a travel sim on-line and use the cell while abroad though...you just won't have PM service.
