    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you port out from PM then you HAVE to reply to SMS sent by PM authorizing port out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is not with you (stayed in Canada) somebody else can reply Yes otherwise it has to wait until you are back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/570019"&gt;@MYN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will be difficult to accomplish from previous reports on the forum. &amp;nbsp;Since customer service agent help is not immediate or live, it takes 1-2 hours for CSA to respond to each message. &amp;nbsp;Also, you are likely in a different time zone and would need to coordinate with the new carrier to initiate port at a certain time. &amp;nbsp;It was a frustrating experience with other customers in the past.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
