      <title>Can’t send or receive SMS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently switched to Public Mobile and calls are working fine but haven’t been able to send or receive SMS from my number for a week and half.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive followed all of the troubleshooting advice and nothing is working (reset network settings, etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried opening a ticket but haven’t heard back - very frustrating! Please help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/569631"&gt;@MelanieRock&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android or iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If Android&lt;/STRONG&gt;, best uninstall the Google Message app ( it will actually reverse back to the original version that came with it instead of full uninstall), then reboot and reinstall/update Google Message to the latest version and test.&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; If you are not currently using Google Message&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;, simple install it and set it as default message app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you are using iPhone, or using Android but above steps didnt work&lt;/STRONG&gt;, ask PM to re-provision the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please open ticket with PM support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
