      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please ensure that MMS messaging is enabled and mobile data is turned on as data is needed to send and receive pictures.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also you need to make sure that your on the latest IOS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the message settings, turn on send as sms.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
