I submitted a ticket a day and a half ago to get my PUK number.

How long does it take to get a response regarding this usually?

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

If you go to your outbox, send the words FOLLOW UP.....
