Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM

I do not believe the Motorola G Play 2024 supports eSIM. You may wish to check your manual first before attempting to make this purchase.

You will need to purchase a SIM as The Moto G Play 2024 is not eSIM compatible.

In the future confirm with the seller is the phone is eSIM compatible before purchasing.

Funny thing I did confirm with Best Buy that it was ESim compatible.

Unfortunately my Samsung 24 Ultra got ran over and decided to purchase the cheapest phone available since I will be purchasing the an Iphone when they release the newest one. Seemed senseless to get the 16 since the 17 will be released shortly.

I will have to see if any private cellphone stores in my area have any sim cards available I guess.

I'd return the phone and look at the Motorola G 5G. It's roughly the same price and it supports eSIM.
