    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/487582"&gt;@Liping77&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; the first thing I would recommend is to check the account status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything is up to date then restart your phone to see if that will get it back online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then do o a Network Reset.&amp;nbsp; That should get it up and running again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if possible, you could try your sim card in another phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM? Is your previous account with the carrier still active? There is a 90 minute window. If you replied in time with the old SIM in your phone then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you download a new esim it will delete the previous one. So the new one that you downloaded is showing under the Profile in the SIM section but it's not working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you would need to create a ticket and get PM to assist you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
