I need to access my usage history from August 2021 to January 2023- more than 90 days. How can I acquire this log?

Public Mobile as you know only goes back 90 days. They do have ways to go back farther but they do not offer that to the general public. The only true way to access those files is through a court order.

we are just customers here, we do not know the procedure to get your lawyer involved. But you can check with PM first

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

you didn't do yourself a favour, you waited so long and come back and ask again now. You want the history from August 2021 till Jan 2023. August 2021 is like 4 years go. I don't think any carrier can help. And I suggested you to message PM support agent back in Oct, did you have a chance to do it?
