      <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry , you need the app store registered to Canada to download&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you an try to side load the app, download the app from another side and side load&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you don't need esim, you can do everything using the web without the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;is the sim tied with active account? or it is an old sim with a closed account? sim card cannot be reused for new account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are unsure if the account is still active or suspended or if it was fully closed,&amp;nbsp; you can call 1855-4PUBLIC , enter your phone number with PM and check&lt;/P&gt;</description>
