    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am newly subscribed on July 9 and purchased a physical sim card on the same day.&amp;nbsp; I was advised that the sim card will be arrived in 7-10 working day on an estimated date July 19.&amp;nbsp; However, it hasn't arrived as of today (July 25).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please track down when will the sim card arrive at my end?&amp;nbsp; What can you help if the sim card lost in the mail?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
