      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried yesterday a number of times to reactivate my plan back to the plan I had and got nowhere. The questions posed to me did not fit my situation I was also trying to use another credit card for monthly payment&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
