      <description>&lt;P&gt;It turned out I had a personal and private phone number. Both the same but I switched them around. One off the other on and I had cellular. I am still confused but I can get on cellular and send text again. My account was only activated yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
