      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m unable to get any data / web browsing on Public Mobile currently I’ve restarted my IPhone, toggled Airplane Mode on and off; nothing helps. SMS is still coming through, and I’m seeing the 5G indicator. Everything works fine on WiFi too. How do we fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok I figured it out. It was a billing problem; my credit card expiry changed and Public Mobile couldn’t process my payment. But you also disabled my data *before* informing me that the payment was declined. If I wasn’t able to get onto wifi, I wouldn’t have even known that this was the problem, much less have been able to fix it. That’s self-defeating practice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OMG, what a crappy service from Public.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you CW15 after reading your latest post about billing. I recently got a new card and forgot it was associated with this account. Most business that I deal with if the payment did not go through I would get an email or text if my payment failed so I can rectify before turning off the service. All good now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
