      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/522410"&gt;@Hnausacaptive&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; it's possible that you might need a new eSIM but tey and do some more troubleshooting first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked that your account is active?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things to try, restart phone, reset networks amd restart again. Try airplane mode on and off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
