      <title>ported the cell number from Telus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my wife's cell number of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx was ported from Telus to Public Mobile in 2022.&amp;nbsp; The account was suspended for 4 months when we were out of the country.&amp;nbsp; I have been trying to recoup this cell number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for over 2 years to no avail.&amp;nbsp; I called Telus and they advised me that they DON'T have access with this number.&amp;nbsp; The cell number is currently not in use and I would like to renew this old number (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) with Public Mobile under a $30 plan.&amp;nbsp; Please, please let me know if this is possible &amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We did call the number and it is NOT Active.&amp;nbsp; Telus advised us they don't have control of the number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what is your suggestion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/569102"&gt;@JohnCheung1966&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Telus don’t have control of the number. That means that the number didn’t belong to Telus/Koodo/PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to go to the carrier you originally got the number from. You need to contact them and open the account with them if you want the number. Then port over to PM at a later date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
