Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Has that gone through fully?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can start a chat using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right. A CS_Agent should be able to assist you with this solution, there may have been a porting issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*EDIT&amp;nbsp; - before the code is sent, do you have an option to "send it to email" - perhaps that works ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
