New customer and data is on and APN settings verified but can't receive photos or group chats in messages from Apple users to my Android phone

@Speedy7 If the Apple users have iMessage turned on, you won’t receive anything on your android. They don’t commingle. Ask an Apple friend to send a test message to you with standard message and see if that works. Hope this helps

@Speedy7 To send and receive picture messages you need to ensure you have MMS enabled
