    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a&amp;nbsp;subscription that I just paid. And now I'm stuck at&amp;nbsp;"subscription not active". I was asked to create a ticket using a community account. Should I do that? does someone know how to fix this. I even tried different phone android and iphone, same thing. I restarted the phones and no luck yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
