      <description>&lt;P&gt;you meant you long pressed 1 and didn't get to voicemail?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to call voicemail using this number&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1-647-580-4001, enter the number and password and see if you can get to voicemail there&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if you can access using that number, then it is just a device program, program the number in your phone.&amp;nbsp; Usually it is under the settings in the dailer app&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For calls dropping issue, what phone do you have? try Reboot phone and Reset network settings and it should help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
