Outgoing calls I didn't make. How to ask for explanation?

During my recent trip to Europe I took out my Public Mobile SIM card out of my phone for 5 weeks.

During that period my statement shows outgoing calls to 1 number in Canada I didn't make. Can you explain?

That happens even if no message was left. It shows that number any time gets sent to your voicemail.
