Why am I paying $25 a mth and only getting 1g a mth

The $25 with 1gb is an old PM plan. The new plan for new members is 4gb.

Login to your account and go under Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. It will list all plans you are eligible for. There might be a better plan for less.

There have been better plans offered. My family has the $25 for 20GB (90 days subscription), so, you just have to keep checking My Account

@Den_14 , for some time Public Mobile has revised the marketing strategy to generally exempt customer access to cheaper plans. What you need to do is check your self serve account regularly to see what offers are uniquely available to you and take advantage of any deals. Typically the promotions are plentiful during the black Friday to boxing day timeframe.
