      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, it is not really "locked" but just not able to connect?? If locked, it will be asking for sim unlock PIN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And is this an account just set up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try the sim card using another phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
