    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this problem! We ended up figuring out the postal code I put in didn’t match the one listed on my card, someone with CS_Agent was able to fix it. Because I put in my card when I set up my account, I for some reason couldn't fix it myself but once they fixed it, the payment went through!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It doesn't ask for an address, it only asked for a postal code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email, name, verification from email, select plan enter sim card number, enter card number etc and postal code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Postal code entered has to match what your credit card provider has on file for that account. Furthermore, if you are trying to sign up with plan only offered in Quebec, that postal card has also to be a Quebec postal code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
