      <description>&lt;P&gt;User: xxxxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I using the public mobile website to buy esim after filling IMEI number, then after subcribed payment, the phone said it does not support esim ( even the website check and said ok). So, the esim have not activated yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I want to switch to physical sim but the app does not allow to buy physical sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried log out and log in again in app but there was only 1 option is to activate the esim ( which my new phone did not have).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was no other option to buy physical sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
