      <title>Why is my data not working?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I’m on a mouth long vacation and I ran out of my 3 by of data included in my plan. So I used 15 points to get an idea extra 1 go of data and the app says that I have 4 gb now. But for some reason my data is not working like my calls and text go through but my data does not work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check and disable or first, reboot the phone and test again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You redeemed the wrong add-on, you redeemed the US roaming data instead of Canadian data!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The choice for Canadian data add-on for redemption are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1GB Add-on - 10 Reward points&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;200MB&amp;nbsp;Add-on - 5 Reward points&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need support to help to reverse the transaction (unless you want to re-buy the Canada data add-on first, or redeem again for&amp;nbsp; the correct one so you can have access to data now)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have helped to escalate your issue with PM CS agent but they might not reply until the morning.&amp;nbsp; Keep an eye on your community inbox&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
