Outgoing call is OK and all Text Message is working as well. when someone dialing my phone number, there is no dialing sound, just a silence. Thanks

@Mzhang100 reset networks and see if that will help.

You got physical SIM card? Test it in another phone to determine if sim issue or phone issue.

yes, I got a physical SIM. Reset my phone seems not helping. I will try another phone when I back home. By the way, how to reset network? You mean the Wi-Fi ? My phone dateline is fine. Cheers
