Need help my husband has broke his phone and cant access his email as he always used face recognition 🤦🏻‍♀️ his email is xxx@gmail.com and his phone number is 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx and he can not access either need help

@Lyllibiscope , there is not much anyone can do to assist with accessing email. This is a personal issue and really doesn't have anything to do with the cellular service.

@Lyllibiscope please delete you personal info for starters. this is a public forum. 🙂 Next - if you can swap physical sim cards between your phones, he can receive any pertinent texts to access his account temporarily that way. Hope this helps.

Does your husband know his voicemail PIN/password? If so he can click on "Didn't get code?" And choose the voice call option. Then call his phone # and press "*" when voicemail answers and enter his voicemail PIN/Password to access his messages to obtain the 6 digit code from Eversafe.

@Lyllibiscope Also, could he not use your phone or a computer to access things like email? Unless Im missing something else.

Also you will need to go to your photo library to delete your screenshot. Click on your avatar at the top right corner of your screen and go to your profile. Scroll down to your photo library and delete your screenshot.

Are you unable to edit posts? The OP has posted personal info it would be helpful if you could use your oracle privileges to do so? Unless I'm wrong?
